As an American consumer, who has a family including 4 children, I’m often in the market to buy things for my home and family. I’ve recently had two experiences with large companies. One was a refrigerator from a national brand. We got 6 months in and the ice maker broke. 6 months later, it broke again. We have had a continual struggle dealing with this company over the phone.
