Buyer Representation

Partnering with your non-negotiables to find your perfect home.

Any major purchase requires research, careful analysis, consideration, and thought. Home buying isn't any different! Determining the right location, the number of bedrooms or bathrooms needed, and outdoor space is the easier things. However, there are many other factors to think about in your home search. From your initial search to the moment you get the keys to your new home, our team will be there, guiding you through the process. We can even help connect you with mortgage professionals to get the best rates. As area experts, we can help educate you on the different neighborhoods, schools, and other local community amenities that suit your lifestyle.

Dream it.

It all begins with your non-negotiables and what you’re looking for in a home. We run property searches for you or advise you in a home you’re interested in is a wise choice, depending on the repairs and any inspections needed.

Find it.

Once you’ve found a home, we will engage a timeline of steps from start to finish. We will run a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and give you the room to set your own price but negotiate with integrity based on other homes in the similar price range. Then, we’ll move on to inspection period.

Close it.

After signing the contract, there is usually a 10-day period for all inspections. After all these are completed and you set a closing date, we’ll assist you with all necessary paperwork and get the keys to your new home in your hands.
